DOBSON — The Surry County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrest reports:

• Clinton Gregory Linville, 22, of Lebanon Street, Mount Airy, was served warrants June 18 on charges of felony breaking and entering and larceny of a firearm, dated the day before. The complainant is Kyle Welborn of Wilkesboro. Linville was given a $20,000 secured bond and an Aug. 15 court date.

Linville also has a court appearance Monday for charges of driving while impaired, felony habitual breaking and entering, and felony probation violations. And he has a court date July 10 for counts of shoplifting by concealment and felony obtaining property by false pretense.

• Amanda Northette Holifield, 38, of Zephyr Mountain Park Road, State Road, was served a criminal summons June 14 on a charge of passing a worthless check, dated Sept. 13. She was given a July 20 court date.

She also has a June 27 date on charges of speeding and two counts of driving while license revoked.

She has a July 30 date for counts of driving while license revoked, no car insurance, no registration and a fictitious or altered registration/tag.

• Melissa Dawn Holifield, 33, of Guest Lane, State Road, was served an order for arrest June 15 for failure to appear in court earlier that day on charges of driving while license revoked, possession of stolen goods, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, no car inspection, no car insurance, driving with no registration and having a fictitious tag. She was given a $2,500 secured bond and a July 26 court date.

She also has an Aug. 17 date for charges of driving while license revoked, no car insurance, no inspection, fictitious or altered registration/tag, and no valid registration.

• Tyler Claude Rhodes, 19, of Roaring River, was served an order for arrest at the courthouse June 15 for failure to appear in court earlier that day on a charge of possession of a Schedule IV drug. He was given a $1,500 secured bond and a July 27 court date.

• John Wayne Slate Jr., 45, of Rolling Hill Drive, Mount Airy, was served a warrant June 15 on a charge of interfering with an electronic monitoring device, dated June 5 in Forsyth County. He was given a $2,500 secured bond and a July 16 court date.

• Jesse Lee Poindexter, 35, of Biscayne Lane, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 16 for failure to appear in court on multiple dates (May 22, June 11 and June 13). He was placed in jail under a $31,000 secured bond.

He has a July 9 court date on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle in Stokes County. On July 17 in Surry he faces counts of assault and communicating threats. On Aug. 2 in Surry he has charges of felony larceny of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.

On Aug. 22 in Yadkin County, the charges are driving while impaired, having a fictitious or altered title or registration card, driving while license revoked, no car insurance, no valid registration, and child abuse.

• Hannah Laraine Wyatt, 26, of Westfield Road, Westfield, was served an order for arrest June 17 for failure to appear in court May 23 on charges of driving while license revoked and failure to wear a seat belt, both in Wilkes County. She was given a $2,500 unsecured bond and a Sept. 6 court date in Wilkesboro.

• Shane Everett McMillian, 26, of Rock Lane Drive, Dobson, was served an order for arrest June 17 for failure to appear in court June 5. The original charge was not listed. He was given a $1,000 secured bond and a court date the next day.

He has a July 9 court appearance for charges of larceny and probation violations. On July 24 he faces a count of resisting an officer.

• Derrick Raynardo Simmons Jr., 29, of Combs Street, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 18 for failure to appear in court June 4 on a charge of driving while license revoked. He was given a $1,000 secured bond and a Sept. 4 court date.

He also has a July 20 appearance for two more counts of driving while license revoked. On Aug. 17 he faces yet another count of driving while license revoked.

• Madeline Marie Dunning, 22, of Highland Drive, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 18 for failure to appear in court on two counts: possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer. She was given a $500 secured bond and a July 9 court date.

• Ethan Hayden Carter, 23, of Lambsburg, Virginia, was served a warrant in Pinnacle June 19 on a charge of larceny, dated that day in Stokes County. He was given a $500 secured bond and a July 11 court date in Danbury.

• Davis MacArthur King, 40, Dunaway Lane, Pilot Mountain, was served an order for arrest June 19 on charges of driving while impaired (June 7), breaking and entering (June 4) and felony probation violations (June 4). He was given a $26,500 secured bond and an Aug. 2 court date.

• Brittany Justeen Reed, 26, of Granite Road, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest for failure to appear in court June 7 on charges of driving while license revoked, failure to maintain lane control and possession an altered or revoked driver’s license. She was given a $1,500 secured bond and an Aug. 2 court date.

She also has a July 10 court date for the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Megan Earwood Pack, 28, of Black Mountain, was served with warrants at the county jail on June 19 on charges of conspiracy to commit felony larceny, felony conspiracy, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of stolen good, all dated May 12. She was given a $20,000 secured bond and a July 20 court date.

• Timothy Blake Thorne, 23, of Nebo, also was served a warrant at the county jail on June 19 on a charge of conspiracy to commit larceny, as well as criminal summonses on charges of no driver’s license and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, all dated May 12. He was given a $1,000 bond and a July 18 court date.
