DOBSON — The Surry County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrest reports:

• David Worth Steele, 54, of Red Brush Road, had another charge added to his long list of felony charges on June 7. Steele was busted last week in a raid on his home that reportedly netted, among other things, more than nine pounds of meth as well as prescription opioids.

After he was put in jail under a bond of more than $2 million, further investigation of the home turned up new evidence, according to the sheriff’s office. On June 6 the N.C. DMV added a warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, which was served the next day. That came with an additional $10,000 secured bond and a July 10 court appearance.

• Geoffrey Lincoln Duncan, 35, of Gaylon Street, Mount Airy, was served warrants June 8 for larceny of a vehicle and then was also charged with resisting an officer and communicating threats. He received a $20,000 secured bond and a July 17 court date.

Two days later, he was served with additional warrants for the MAPD for assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting serious injury, larceny and four counts of assault by pointing a gun. He was given an additional $25,000 secured bond and July 17 and Aug. 1 court dates.

• Nickolys Xavier Kendall, 22, of Justin Lane, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 7 for failure to appear in court April 11 on a charge of driving with no car insurance. He was given a $300 cash bond and a June 15 court date.

He also has a July 20 court date for simple possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and failure to pay court costs/fines of $560.

• Ryan Gray Hardy, 28, of Old U.S. 601, Dobson, was served an order for arrest June 7 for failure to appear in court May 29 on a charge of failure to pay child support in Alleghany County. He was given a $500 cash bond and a July 3 court date in Sparta.

• Courtney Danielle Reed, 21, Rocking Horse Trail, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 8 for failure to appear in court June 5 for charges of two counts of felony embezzlement and resisting an officer. She was given a $3,000 secured bond and an Aug. 22 court date.

• Sara Ann Jenkins, 33, of Barrington Drive, Mount Airy, was served a criminal summons June 11 for larceny dated May 1. She was given a June 14 court date.

• Trampas Trenton Nelson, 31, of Crestwood Drive, Pilot Mountain, was served an order for arrest June 11 for failure to pay child support, dated May 17. He was given a $660.91 cash bond and a June 28 court date.

• Jacob Paul Church, 35, of Willis Park Lane, Mount Airy, was served a criminal summons for larceny, dated June 8. He was given a July 18 court date.

• Terry Chantler Mitchell, 35, of Walker Road, Elkin, was served an order for arrest for failure to appear in court June 12 on four charges: driving while license revoked, reckless driving, no vehicle registration and no car insurance. He was given a $300 secured bond and a July 30 court date.

He also has a court date July 2 for a charge of communicating threats, and another date July 6 for driving while license revoked.

• Elizabeth Faye Freeman, 35, of Mayport Lane, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest June 12 for failure to appear in court Nov. 21 on charges of four counts of driving while license revoked, failure to wear seatbelt, three counts of expired registration, three counts of no car inspection, no car insurance. She was given a $300 cash bond and a July 17 court date.

She also has a June 25 court appearance for driving while license revoked, expired registration and no car inspection.

• Jeffrey Stuart Blevins, 53, of Towe Road, Pilot Mountain, was served an order for arrest June 13 for failure to appear in court Feb. 12 on charges of possession of Schedule II, IV and VI drugs and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was given a $10,000 secured bond and a July 17 court date.
