SURRY COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS


DOBSON — The Surry County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrest reports:

• Matthew Gibson Taylor, 26, of Salisbury, was served an order for arrest March 28 at the county jail for probation violations in Rowan County, dated March 20. He was given a $7,500 secured bond and a court date the next day in Salisbury.

He has a May 3 appearance in Surry County on charges of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug dwelling/vehicle.

He has a May 22 date in Rowan County for charges of possession of marijuana paraphernalia, show cause, expired registration, assault on a female and probation violation.

• Linda Faye Shumate, 29, of Mason Road, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest March 27 on charges of injury to personal property, show cause, and not complying with the school attendance law. She was given a $300 cash bond and a $1,000 secured bond with an April 27 court date.

• Kimberly Dawn Lambeth, 32, of Pinnacle Hotel Road, Pinnacle, was served an order for arrest March 27 on charges of driving while license revoked (not impaired), having an altered or fictitious registration/plate, no car insurance, and not complying with the school attendance law, dated March 9. She was given a $300 cash bond and a $500 secured bond with an April 20 court date.

• Chelsea Elizabeth Parker, 30, of Richardson Trail, Lowgap, was served warrants March 28 on charges of possession of meth, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver meth, maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all dated March 16. She was given a $10,000 secured bond and a May 23 court appearance.

• Amber Jade Alford, 25, of Little Water Fall Drive, Pilot Mountain, was served a warrant March 28 on a charge of failure to pay child support, dated April 2017. She was released on a $1,578 cash bond with an April 12 court date.

• Cody Allen Holder, 29, of Casper Stewart Road, Lowgap, was served an order for arrest March 28 on two counts of failure to appear in court, dated Feb. 14. The original charges were speeding and driving while license revoked (not impaired). He was given a $1,000 secured bond.

According to the court docket, he has an April 11 appearance for charges of expired tag, no registration, no car insurance, and having an open container of alcohol in the passenger area.

On April 24, he faces charges of driving while license revoked (not impaired), reckless driving to endanger, expired registration, and hit and run.

On May 11 the charges are speeding, driving while license revoked (not impaired), no inspection, no registration, having an altered or fictitious driver’s license, unsafe tires, and carrying a concealed weapon.

• Robert Lee Hodge, 37, of Main Street, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest March 29 for three counts of failure to appear in court, dated March 5 and 8. The original charges were possession of meth, possession with intent to sell/deliver a Schedule II drug, and no driver’s license. He was given a $12,200 secured bond and a May 9 court date.
