Pilot Mountain native named VP

ARLINGTON, Texas — The Pinnacle Corporation, a supplier of software for retail convenience stores and fuel inventory management, recently announced the promotion of Tracie Nall to vice president of business development.

Originally from Pilot Mountain, Nall started in the convenience store industry while working for a retailer, WilcoHess LLC.

Through more than 12 years with WilcoHess, “Tracie worked in various departments, from store accounting to information systems, all while completing her MS-CIS from the University of Phoenix,” the firm said in announcing the promotion. “In 2004, Tracie joined The Pinnacle Corporation as client services, transitioning in 2006 to professional services account manager responsible for managing Pinnacle suite implementation.”

The release said in 2013 she became a “Pinnacle pre-sales engineer, delivering customized, dynamic presentations to prospective clients.”

“With her new position as vice president of business development, Tracie expands on her years of experience to provide potential clients the industry expertise needed to help them grow their business,” the company said.

“I have learned a tremendous amount regarding the industry, and look forward to many more years with the organization,” said Nall. In her free time, the company said she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
