Meagan Marie Cave and Timothy Paul Calhoun were united in marriage on April 2, at 4 p.m. at Level Cross United Methodist Church in Dobson. Wesley Hall officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Tony and Marie Ramey and Mickey Cave, all of Mount Airy. She is the granddaughter of Carolina Taylor and the late Richard Taylor and the late Freddie and Patti Cave.
She graduated from North Surry High School and Surry Community College and is employed by Pike Electric.
The groom is the son of of Charles and Elizabeth Calhoun of Ararat, NC. He is the grandson of the late Ervin and Mattie Calhoun and the late Paul and Ruby Stanley.
He graduated from Surry Central High School and UNC-Charlotte. He is employed by Orasi Software in Greensboro, NC.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Mickey Cave.
The matron of honor was Anna Cooper, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Meredith Johnson, Nicole Danley, Briana Chattin and Eden Beemer. Allison Cooper served as flower girl.
Charles Calhoun, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Calhoun, Rocky Hall, Bobby Sherretts and Nick Graham. Tiesel Calhoun was the ring bearer.
Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at Pilot Knob Park Country Club.
The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the parents of the groom, was held Friday evening at Level Cross United Methodist Church.
The couple will reside in Ararat, NC.
