VENABLE

GREENSBORO — Mrs. Kazuko Takahashi Venable, 65, of Greensboro, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Mosses Cone Hospital. She was born on May 22, 1947, in Hokkaido, Japan, to the late Tsunezo and Moto Takahashi. Mrs. Venable was a member of Pleasant Garden Methodist Church. She enjoyed swimming, yoga and water color art classes. Mrs. Venable was survived by her loving husband, Don Venable; son, Michael Ray Venable, and daughter-in-law, Melissa; and two sisters, Yasuko Takahashi and Choko Koyama. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Cox-Needham Chapel with Pastor Richard H. Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Pinnacle Baptist Church cemetery.
