Mrs. Faye Chilton Reddic, age 90, of Mount Airy, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Golden Living Nursing Home. She was born on March 1, 1922 in Surry County to the late Howard and Josie Chilton. Mrs. Reddic retired from Amos and Smith and was a member of Simmons Grove Baptist Church. Mrs.

Reddic is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Patricia Reddic of Pilot Mountain; one daughter and son-in-law, Vivian and John Poteat of Mount Airy; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Anderson of Mount Airy; Juanita (Jack) Simmons of Pilot Mountain; special friend of the family, Susan Lasley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Reddic was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John William Reddic; brothers, Dennis, Ottis, Radford Chilton; sisters, Nevdia Chilton, and Dottie Hicks. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at Skyline Memory Gardens with Pastor Gene Brinkley officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home. Cox-Needham Funeral Home of Pilot Mountain (www.coxneedham.com, www.facebook.com/coxneedham is respectfully serving the Reddic family.
