Cross Creek Country Club has named Magen Atkinson as the employee of the year for 2012.
“Awards are given throughout the year to employees who maintain the ideals of Affiniti Golf Partners who currently manage Cross Creek, with the Employee of the Year holding the top honor,” the company said in a written statement released Friday. “The ideal established by Affiniti Golf Partners is to provide a superb country club experience with a customer service focus.”
“When you have a member of the team that always shows such a positive attitude and goes out of their way to help others day in and day out, the choice becomes much easier,” Cross Creek said.
Atkinson has worked at Cross Creek for 15 years in various capacities. She serves as administrative assistant to General Manager George Schwab. “Magen provides customer service to members and guests, assists in the marketing efforts for Cross Creek and plays a key role in billing and accounts receivable.”
