Wilkes County’s delegate to the North Carolina House of Representatives will fill the seat of Sen. Don East, if the GOP wins Tuesday’s election.
Shirley Randleman, who is not seeking re-election to the state’s 94th House district, was tapped to represent the Republican Party during a vote of the 30th Senate District’s executive committee Sunday afternoon.
