Number of graduates:
18
Speaker:
Melanie Hudson, teacher
What the speaker said:
Somewhere along the way, one of your parents or both of your parents had a vision. They wanted you educated in a different way.
First of all, you need to look within yourself. Look at the desires of your heart. Number two, look back. Look at events that have shaped you. Number three, look around. Number four, most importantly, look ahead.
Find your vision, seek it, take this time to seek your vision and when you find it, hold onto it. Don’t settle for anything less than what God has for you.
Overheard:
I think it’s best that we have chairs.
Isn’t this a wonderful problem to have? -in reference to there not being enough chairs
Parents’ comments:
My goodness this is a big crowd out here today!
I never wanted to homeschool. I thought it was awful.
What the graduates said:
We’re barely at the starting line, we’ve got a race to run.
-from “Graduation Day”
I know I can be a handful, I can’t help it.
