The Rev. Darrell Tate offered the welcome and invocation.
Troop 553 presented the colors and led the congregation in the Pledge of Allegiance. Scoutmaster Kent Moser opened the Court of Honor in his introduction of the ceremony. The voice of the Eagle was presented by the unseen voices of Robbie Brintle, Steve Shaw, Brian Stone and Eric Combs. Additional remarks were offered by N.C. House 90th District Rep. Sarah Stevens.
Moser presented the Eagle, and Landon Hodge’s uncle, Bruce Hodges, also shared several remarks for the occasion and a presentation, followed by the closing benediction offered by Tate.
