Chad and Heather Edwards of Newnan, Ga., announce the birth of their daughter, Payton Ryleigh, on March 27 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, Fayetteville, Ga., weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
The grandparents are Craig and Melinda Greenwood Edwards of Troutman and Norris and Melanie Deyton of Brooks, Ga. The great-grandparents are Betty Edwards and the late Johnny Edwards and the late Joe and Lena Greenwood of Mount Airy; and Maxine Metzker of Pittsburg, Pa.
Joshua Noah Frazier
Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Dale Frazier of Lowgap announce the birth of a son, Joshua Noah, on March 22, weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces.
Mrs. Frazier is the former Melinda Hawks. Joshua has two siblings, Dawn Frazier and Travis Stevens. The grandparents are Wavern Hawks of Lowgap, Ethel Cave of Lowgap and Leela Spencer of Mount Airy. The great-grandparents are Cindy Radford of Mount Airy and Robert Frazier of West Virginia.
