Mary Eleanor Stevens
Miss Stevens is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Needham Sloan Stevens of Smithfield and Mrs. Wylie Jones Mitchiner of Smithfield and the late Mr. Mitchiner.
Mr. Webb is the grandson of Norman Powell Webb of Mount Airy and the late Mrs. Webb and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Thurman Lewis of Rocky Mount.
The wedding is planned for July 31 at Atlantic Beach.
