The board also will consider an appointment to the Dobson Tourism Development Authority and appointments to the Dobson Planning Board.
During the meeting, there will be an open forum for public comments, and the board also will hear from Todd Tucker, president of the Surry County Economic Development Partnership.
Commissioners also are expected to hear updates on grants from the acting town manager. General town business is also on the agenda.
