Griggs Hampton hometown hero of Mount Airy had a massive heart attack on June 13th at his home 544 Country Club Rd. He was rushed to Forsyth Hospital and had surgery. Thank you for all the prayers and calls. He is home recovering and will be in the 4th of July parade. Please come out and support the Mount Airy parade. It is at 10:00 on Saturday July 4th starting at Veteran’s Park. Thanks again for all the years you have supported Griggs and for your friendship. God bless you!
