Brittany McHone and Christopher Leonard of 2159 Sparger Road, Mount Airy, announce the birth of a son, Colby Kermit Leonard, on April 18 at Northern Hospital of Surry County, weighing 7 pounds.
The baby’s grandparents are Brenda and Tony McHone of 248 Music Lane, Ararat. His great-grandparents are Janie and Billy Joe McHone of 219 Music Lane, Ararat.
Ryland Green Taylor
Rodney and Rhonda Goins Taylor of Pilot Mountain announce the birth of a son, Ryland Green, on March 13 at Forsyth Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds, 12.6 ounces.
The grandparents are Ronnie and Pamela Lowe Goins, Linda Surratt Taylor and the late Paul Taylor. The great-grandmother is Irene Goins.
Alyssia Jane Register
James Register Sr. and Tiffany Burkhart, 2499 S. Main St., Mount Airy, announce the birth of their daughter, Alyssia Jane Register, on Feb. 18 at Northern Hospital of Surry County weighing 7 pounds, 15.3 ounces.
Alyssia Jane shares her birthday with her father. She has two brothers, James Register Jr., 5, and Christopher Register, 3. Her grandparents are Stanley and Louise Register of Mount Airy, Gary and Glinda Burkhart of Ararat, Va., and Lisa Tate of Mocksville. She is the great-granddaughter of Dema Chandler of Sparta, Glenda Owens of Ararat, Va., and the late Bernie Owens, and Betty and F.A. Burkhart of Mount Airy.
