PINNACLE — Mae Ola Lawson 84, of 1476 Dalton Loop Rd, Pinnacle, passed away February 8,2013 at Woltz Hospice Home, Dobson, NC. She was born February 5,1929 in Stokes County to the late Rural and Pinktora Adkins. Mae Ola was a farmer and of Baptist faith. She enjoyed reading the bible and sewing. Proceeding her death her parents, a son Randall Lawson and a grandson Micheal Rutledge. Surviving are daughters and son’s in law. Mary Jane Rutledge of Pinnacle, Joyce Lawson Whitaker and husband Danny, Norma Jean Simmons and husband Mark of Mount Airy, son’s and daughter in law, Sammy Lawson and wife Janice of Westfield and Roger Lawson of Pinnacle; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother. Graveside services will be conducted by Rev. David Joyce at Pinnacle Baptist Church. Family will receive friends 12-2pm on February 11, 2013 at the church.
