Alison V. Tilton and Isaac W. Slate
Bonnie Tilton of Pilot Mountain has announced the engagement of her daughter, Alison V., to Isaac W. Slate of Mount Airy, son of Darren and Tammy Slate of Mount Airy. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Bryan Tilton.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and is employed as a math instructor at Surry Early College High School.
The groom-elect is a graduate of True Life Academy in Mount Airy and is employed at Riverside Farms in Mount Airy.
The wedding will take place on May 31.
