MOUNT AIRY — Mrs. Ruby Magalene Robertson Migliore Hall, 90, of Mount Airy, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 25, 2012, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mrs. Hall was born Dec. 12, 1922, in Surry County, one of eight children born to the late Grover Cleveland and Amanda Taylor Robertson. Ruby worked at Spencer’s Inc. for 30 years and later operated an in-home daycare. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mount Airy. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Louise and Bobby Turner of Bassett, Va.; a son and daughter-in-law, John R. and Joanette Migliore of Roseville, Calif.; four stepdaughters, Susan Kay McWatters of Fayetteville, Ga., Mebla Hall Eason of Liberty, S.C., Shirley Fulcher and her husband, Larry, of Horsepasture, Va., and JoAnn Migliore and her husband, Rick Spiers, of Sutherland, Va.; a stepson, Tony Migliore of Mechanicsville, Va.; five grandchildren, Jason Turner of Charlotte, Mira Migliore Petty of Eldorado Hills, Calif., Kristie Migliore Rodriguez of Citrus Heights, Calif., Jeffery R. Migliore of Roseville, Calif., and Donna Bobbitt Call of Fayetteville; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; eight stepgreat-grandchildren; two stepgreat-great-grandchildren; a sister, Opal Robertson Clement of Mount Airy; a brother, William Perry Robertson of Mount Airy; two special nieces, Sheree Robertson Barnard and her husband, Steve, and Jessie Bell Draughn Hiatt and her husband, Raybern, all of Mount Airy; several other nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Betty Jean Gwyn and Donna Hayes. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husbands, Miro William Migliore (1972), Enté Migliore (1980), and Silas Asa Hall (2010); a stepson, Charles Henry Hall; a granddaughter, Bobbi Lynne Ramey McPeak; a sister, Sadie Ann Robertson Draughn; and four brothers, Grady Robertson, Jimmie Robertson, Wayne Robertson and Raymond Robertson. The funeral service will be held Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Mount Airy, with Dr. Roger Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends Friday from noon to 2 p.m. in the Fireside Room at First Baptist Church. Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017; or First Baptist Church, 714 N.
