MOUNT AIRY — Memorial service for Rita Mae Ferrand Simms Leufray will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Mount Airy. She passed away in Mount Airy after a brief illness and her internment was in New Orleans, La. (NOLA). She leaves to mourn her children, Rita Mae Leufray-Simms of Pasadena, Calif., Martin Leufray III of Valejo, Calif., son-in-law, Col. Donald G. Belle, USAF Ret., and Adreann Leufray Belle of Mount Airy, Pierre Leufray of NOLA and Eddie Leufray and daughter-in-law, Lerlena Leufray, of Tampa, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial mass will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the MDC of Holy Angels Catholic Church on 1208 N. Main St. Rosary will be prayed prior to mass at 10:30 a.m.
