PGA Golf Professional Kent Shumate has announced the results of the Mount Airy Country Club Championship. The event was held Sept. 15 and 16.
Ryan Atkins led the championship flight. He shot 78 and 77 for a total of 155. Rick Marion was second with 78 on the first round of the nine-hole course and 79 on the second for 157. Bo Miller was third with a 160 after shooting 78 and 82, and Bryon Kennedy was fourth after shooting 79 and 85 for a total of 164.
