Arrests The following arrests have been reported by the Surry County Sheriff’s office: • On Feb. 11, Daniel Taylor Inman, 20, of East Cleve Street in Mount Airy, was arrested and charged with the larceny of a firearm, breaking and entering and accessory after the fact to larceny. JROTC participates in first virtual archery state tourney
Three North Surry High School’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) cadets will advance to the national archery tournament in Kentucky May 10 after competing in one of nine virtual archery state tournaments organized by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission Friday in the school’s field house.
