The following arrests have been reported by the Surry County Sheriff’s Office:
• On July 6, Jessie Curtis Byers, 24, of Bullington Farm Road in Pilot Mountain, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and two counts of the possession of stolen property.
• On July 9, Gabriel Aaron Baker, 35, of Hillside Drive in Swanson, S.C., was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice in Richland, S.C., the possession of cocaine and the possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On July 11, Ryan Stuart Draughn, 31, of Tractor Trail in Dobson, was arrested and charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretenses.
