Animals sold on the livestock market, based on 100-pound weights, were:

• Slaughter cows: utility and commercial, $70-$80; cutter and boning, $66.50-$82; canner and low cutter, $41-$73.50.

• Slaughter bulls: 1,000-1,500 pounds, $83-$99.50; 1,500 pounds and up, $95-$101.

• Stock cows: 875-1,050 pounds, $690-$975.

• Cow/calf pairs: $800-$1,250.

• Baby calves: $30-$95.

• Feeder steers and bulls: 200-300 pounds, (M1) $131-$170, (Holsteins) $98-$105; 300-400 pounds, (M1) $129-$147; 400-500 pounds, (M1) $114-$128, (small frame) $110-$114; 500-600 pounds, (M1) $110-$117, (small frame) $106-$116; 600-700 pounds, (M1) $103.50-$120.

• Feeder heifers: 200-300 pounds, (M1) $137-$150; 300-400 pounds, (M1) $135-$149; 400-500 pounds, (M1) $119-$120; 500-600 pounds, (M1) $109-$118.50; 600-700 pounds, (M1) $112-$116.

• Goats: kids, $27-$140; others, $35-$155; large billy, $75-$115.
