Charles and Marie Miller, 2886 Monticello Drive, Winston-Salem, announce the engagement of their daughter, Desiree Stephanie, to Justin Anthony Martin, son of Anthony and Teri Martin, 371 Longhill Road, Pilot Mountain.

The prospective bridegroom works with the family-owned business, Martin and Son Tree Service.

The couple will be married at noon on Oct. 18 at Fort Fisher State Park.
