Four Surry County men are dead and their alleged killer is still on the loose, considered by authorities to be armed and dangerous.
The four men were killed in a Sunday afternoon shooting in Mount Airy, but city police are not releasing their names.
Warrants against Marcos Chavez Gonzalez, charging him with four counts of first degree murder, according to Police Chief Dale Watson.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gonzalez is asked to call 911 and the Mount Airy Police Department at 786-3535.
