Mallalieu-Jones United Methodist Church recently held its annual Giving Back to the Community event with free new and used clothing, toys and household items, plus a free dinner, provided to the community. Eighty local residents attended the event. Food left over from the meal was donated to the Shepherds House, and clothing left will be donated to Gods Helping Hand organization.
