Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Dale Frazier of Lowgap announce the birth of a son, Joshua Noah, on March 22, weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces.
Mrs. Frazier is the former Melinda Hawks. Joshua has two siblings, Dawn Frazier and Travis Stevens. The grandparents are Wavern Hawks of Lowgap, Leela Spencer of Mount Airy, Cindy Radford of Mount Airy and Robert Frazier of West Virginia. The great-grandmother is Ethel Cave of Lowgap.
