Franklin Community Volunteer firefighters led demonstrations Wednesday as part of National Fire Prevention Week. The blanket simulates smoke. Students were told to always know two ways out of their home, to have a special meeting place once outside and how to call 911. A total of 15 volunteers and seven vehicles were involved with the education project.</p>
