Surry County Sheriff Reports


DOBSON — The Surry County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrest reports:

• Alexander Scott Gullatt, 26, of Duluth Lane, Pilot Mountain, was served a warrant last week at the county jail on a charge of assault on a government employee. He was given a $1,000 secured bond and a Dec. 7 court date.

According to the court docket, he also faces charges that day of resisting an officer and assaulting a public transit operator.

On Nov. 8, he has a court appearance on a charge of interfering with an electronic ankle bracelet. On Nov. 17 he faces charges of resisting an officer, giving fictitious information to an officer, and assaulting a government employee.

On Dec. 4 he has another date for a different count of resisting an officer.

• Jacquez Malecka Green, 19, of Main Street, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest Oct. 17 for failure to appear in court the day before on counts of breaking and entering of a vehicle, larceny, possession of a schedule IV drug, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and probation violations. He was given a $2,000 secured bond and a Nov. 13 court date.

• William Patrick Willard, 24, of Starlite Road, was served a warrant Oct. 17 on a charge of violating a restraining order. The victim is listed as Helen Rose Smith of Mount Airy.

• Joseph Cory Hardy, 37, of Bryant Road, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest Oct. 17 for failure to appear in court Oct. 11 to face a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $1,500 secured bond and a Nov. 30 court date.

• Shela Renee Jordan, 30, of Ashboro, was served warrants at Bryson Inn at 125 Plaza Lane, Mount Airy, on Oct. 17 for Guilford County. Charges include possession of a stolen vehicle, larceny, second-degree trespassing, resisting a public officer, and misdemeanor conspiracy. She was given a $5,000 secured bond and a Nov. 7 court date in Greensboro.

• Steve Thomas Mears, 70, of South Main Street, was served a criminal summons Oct. 17 on a charge of assault on a female, dated Oct. 14. The victim is listed as Nikki Mears of Mount Airy. He was given a Nov. 17 court date.

• Michael Shane Wilson, 32, of Simpson Road, Mount Airy, was served a criminal summons charging him with assault on a female and communicating threats, dated Aug. 30. He was given a Nov. 1 court date.

• Christopher Timothy Williams, 43, of Dusty Lane, Mount Airy, was served a criminal summons Oct. 17 on a charge of assault on a female, dated Oct. 14. The victim is listed as Jessica Williams of the same address. He was given a Nov. 3 court date.

• Michael Eugene Moore, 57, of Oak Grove Church Road, was served an order for arrest Oct. 18 for failure to appear in court July 14 on a charge of misdemeanor larceny. He was given a $300 cash bond and a Dec. 4 court date.

• Clyde Jefferson McBride, 74, and Daniel Ray McBride, 29, of McHone Street, Mount Airy, were both served a criminal summons for the charge of second-degree trespassing. The complainant is Nathan Lee Parkes of the same street. The men were given a Nov. 3 court date.

• Joseph Mason Bullock, 17, of Lowgap, was served an order for arrest Oct. 18 for failure to appear in court Oct. 13. The charges are possession of a schedule IV drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with no license. He was given a $250 cash bond and a Nov. 16 court date.
