Surry County Sheriff Reports


DOBSON — The Surry County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrest reports:

• Anna Marie Quesenberry, 37, of Old U.S. 601, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest on Sunday at the Surry County Detention Center for two counts of failure to appear in court. The previous charges were possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, dated Nov. 7. She was placed under a $22,500 secured bond with a June 13 court date.

• Misty Ann Lineberry, 39, of Peck View Road, Cana, Virginia, was served a warrant at the Surry County Detention Center on May 18. The charges were breaking and entering and injury to real property, both dated to July 31. She was placed under a $10,000 secured bond with a June 7 court date.

• Michael Dean Martin, 33, of Thelma Lane, Dobson, was arrested May 19 on U.S. 601 on the count of failure to appear in court, dated Nov. 18. The previous case was not listed, but the narrative states that Martin was placed under a $15,000 secured bond with a June 7 court date for this charge, and that he has a 30-day commitment to serve for non-support with the complainant as Angela Puckett, of Dobson.

• Sara Soriano, 51, of Unicorn Way, Dobson, was served a warrant on May 18 for two counts. These were driving while license revoked (not impaired) and resisting a public officer. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

• Regenia Annette Kendrick, 52, of Mocksville, was served an order for arrest on Atkins Street in Dobson May 18. She was charged with three counts of writing a bad check. She was released on a written promise to appear in court June 16.

• Christopher David McDaniel, 28, of Galax, Virginia, was served an order for arrest May 19 on East Pine Street in Flat Rock. The charge is driving while license revoked from October 2007 in Guilford County. He was given a $100 cash bond with a June 19 court date in Greensboro.

• Barbara Crawford, 36, of U.S. 601, Dobson, was served a criminal summons May 19 for larceny, dated Feb. 4. The complainant is Brandi Butcher. Crawford was served at the county jail. No bond was listed; Crawford has a June 30 court date.

• Marquis Anthony Whitlock, 33, of York, South Carolina, was arrested May 19 on three counts. He was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court: speeding and nonsupport; then he was charged with resisting an officer as he was being served. He was given a $600 bond for the new charge and $500 secured for the two priors. He has court dates of June 2 and June 5.

• Matthew Ray Lawson, 29, of Soldier Way, Ararat, was served an order for arrest on May 19 for failure to appear in court on a nonsupport charge. He was placed under a $1,776 cash bond (typically the amount the person is in arrears) with a May 22 court date.

• Michael Dean Frost, 48, of N.C. 268, Dobson, was served a warrant May 19 for felony possession of a firearm and possession of stolen goods. He was given a $1,000 secured bond and a July 11 court date.

• Ryan Gray Hardy, 27, Old U.S. 601, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest on May 19 for failure to appear in court on a larceny charge. He was served at the courthouse while attending for another case, according to police notes. He was given a $2,500 secured bond and a July 1 court date.

• Jamie Keith Barr, 26, of South Main Street, Dobson, was served a warrant May 19 for possession of stolen property. He was given a $2,000 secured bond with an Aug. 3 court date.

• Michael Shane Blaylock, 37, of Knob Drive, Mount Airy, was arrested Saturday at the home on the charge of resisting an officer. The report states an officer was there to serve an order of arrest for failure to report for an active jail sentence and contempt of court. He was given a $1,000 secured bond and an Aug. 3 court date.

• Sammy Alan Dixon, 55, of Ramey Creek Road, Lowgap, was served a warrant Monday for two counts of assault on a female and one count of communicating threats. The complainant is a T. Dixon of the home. Sammy Dixon was jailed under no bond with a June 16 court date.

• Christopher Ray Key, 36, of Ironside Lane, Siloam, was served an order for arrest Monday for failure to appear in court. The prior charge was not listed. He was given a $2,000 secured bond with a June 28 court date.

• Crystal Chambers Marion, 33, of Rockford Street, Mount Airy, was served a warrant Monday at the home. The report says only that it was a government warrant for the state of North Carolina. She was detained with no bond given and no local court date.

• Tana Beamer Easter, 36, of Beamer Road, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest at the courthouse Tuesday. She was charged with failure to pay child support and given a $325 cash bond with a June 6 court date.

• Luis Cesar Medina, 27, of Joe Place, Ennice, was served an order for arrest Tuesday in Dobson for failure to appear in court. The original charge was not listed. Medina was given a $500 cash bond and a July 31 court date.

• Faith Nicole Rosendahl, 22, of Single Tree Lane, Dobson, was served an order for arrest Tuesday at the magistrate’s office for failure to appear in court. The original charge was aiding and abetting in a larceny. She was given a $1,000 bond with no court date listed.

• Revonda Ann Duncan, 35, of Riverside Drive, Mount Airy, was served an order for arrest at the magistrate’s office Tuesday for failure to appear in court. The first charge was having no car insurance. She was given a $1,000 secured bond with a June 1 court date.
