DOBSON —An 18-year-old from Elkin was indicted Monday with possession of a weapon of mass death and destruction, which is a class F felony.

Tyler Blake Daughenbaugh, of Powell Hall Lane, is accused of possessing a sawed-off shotgun, according to warrants.

N.C. General Statute includes any shotgun with a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches (or an overall length of less than 26 inches) as a weapon of mass death and destruction.

A Surry County Grand Jury returned true bills of indictment Monday to the following:

• Bobby Lee Barrier, 25, and Shannon Rene Zickafoose, 34, of Nance Farm Road, Troy, each with one of financial card theft and misdemeanor conspiracy.

• Jeffrey Lance Bartley, 36, of Moonstruck Lane, Mount Airy, with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and larceny of a firearm.

• Kenneth Jacob Beitel, 26, of North South Street, Mount Airy, with one count of indecent liberties with a child.

• Shaquinton Theron Bell, 22, of Eleanor Avenue, Mount Airy, with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling.

• Amanda Verene Bolen, 37, of Lower Park Lane, Mount Airy, with maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling and conspiracy to sell and deliver methamphetamine.

• Jared Gray Brubaker, 27, of Oak Ridge Place, Mount Airy, with breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and obtaining property by false pretense.

• Sonya Kaye Chappell, 41, of Orchard Ridge Road, Cana, Virginia, with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a stolen firearm.

• Christopher Loyd Cox, 32, of Broad Street, Mount Airy, with two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit felony larceny and conspiracy to break and enter a building with the intent to commit any felony or larceny.

• Joshua Lewis Flippin, 26, of East Pine Street, Mount Airy, with burning certain buildings and burning personal property.

• Donald Gray Fulton Jr., 20, of Simpson Road, Mount Airy, with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine, sale or delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Jamie Ray Gammons, 35, of Crotts Road, Mount Airy, with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, driving while license revoked not for impaired driving, maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance.

• Benjamin Jason Gates, 42, of Hall Street, Mount Airy, with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of cocaine, larceny of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, two counts of possession of stolen goods or property, and felony aiding and abetting larceny.

• Ashley Luann Shumate Goins, 29, Gillespie Street, Dobson, with conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

• Glen Eldwood Hiatt Jr., 33, of Lee Street, Ashboro, with two counts each of breaking and entering and felony larceny.

• Clifford Alvin Millner Jr., 39, of Wildlife Club Road, Lowgap, with two counts of identity theft.

• Bryant Norcross, 37, of Village Circle, Dobson, with possession of a firearm a felon, obtaining property by false pretense and solicit the unlawful purchase of a firearm.

• Shannon Leigh Parker, 38, of North Main Street, Mount Airy, with conspiracy to commit felony larceny, two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, conspiracy to break and enter a building with the intent to commit a felony or larceny inside, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods or property.

• Chad Nichols Payne, 32, of Pine Ridge Road, Mount Airy, with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana, manufacturing marijuana and felony possession of marijuana.

• Emily Ann Prieto, 32, of White Pine Trail, Elkin, with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, two counts of possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Elias Junior Rodriguez, 33, of N.C. 268, Dobson, with trafficking in methamphetamine, two counts of maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Chase Daniel Shinault, 27, of Mid Lane, Mount Airy, with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver methamphetamine, trafficking opium or heroin, one count each of simple possession of a schedule II and schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor child abuse.

• April Buckner Spane, 39, of Lakeshore Lane, Westfield, with three counts of intentional child abuse causing serious physical injury, five counts of assault on a child under 12, and two counts of communicating threats.

• Marlana Evonne Wood, 31, of Towe Road, Pilot Mountain, with two counts of embezzlement.
