Police seek whereabouts of girl, 13

The Mount Airy Police Department is continuing efforts today to locate 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday night.

Kora Nicole Ledezma was last seen at her residence on Poplar Street about 11 p.m. Monday, according to information about the case which was released by city police this afternoon.

The girl is described as a white female with a medium complexion who is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.

When last seen, she was wearing navy blue jogging pants and a sweatshirt containing the name Mount Airy Middle School.

City police are appealing to the community for help in locating the girl.
